At The Poobel Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
30-Day Free Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@thepoobel.com or call (848) 444-6237 (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup right from your porch — you don’t need to mail anything back or pay for return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery on eligible orders. If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right — including redelivery or a full refund.
